Trays with single pockets Ø 25.4 mm (nominal + 0.4) and 1.6 mm webs: rows 3–5 × 1–2 and staggered (honeycomb); plus rank & flank trays on the 25 mm grid, base to base.
For squads on 25 mm round bases: every base sits in its own pocket and you move the group across the table in one go. The webs between the pockets are only 1.6 mm wide so the group stands close together.
In the set: Every arrangement, each as its own file: Rows, 1 deep (3 × 1, 4 × 1, 5 × 1); Rows, 2 deep (3 × 2, 4 × 2, 5 × 2); Staggered honeycomb (3+2, 3+3, 4+3, 4+4, 5+4, 5+5); 25 mm grid, base to base (3 × 1, 5 × 1, 5 × 2, 5 × 3, 5 × 4, 10 × 2). Example: 5 × 2, outside 137.4 × 56.4 mm. The stated print time, filament amount, dimensions and weight refer to the example tray 5 × 2 only, not to the whole set.
Dimensions: Basis: nominal sizes of common plastic bases (retailer tables), foot sizes from a public measuring template. Every pocket is Ø nominal size + 0.4 mm (0.2 mm per side) with a 0.6 mm lead-in. Real bases differ from the nominal size by up to about 1 mm depending on the maker (mostly smaller, ovals partly wider). If your bases only fit a larger clearance stage of the test set, scale the file in X and Y only in the slicer: factor = (nominal size + wanted clearance) ÷ (nominal size + 0.4). The 0.4 mm clearance is our assumption in the middle of the 0.3 to 1.0 mm range that trays on the market use (estimate). Our part has not been printed or tested yet. Print the free fit test set first: it shows with your own bases and printer which clearance fits.
Material: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, ideally 0.12 mm layers, no supports; PETG works too. PLA deforms in a hot car, so do not leave the parts there.
Made by base size, not for a particular game; no miniatures included.
Not a toy. Accessory for tabletop hobbyists aged 14 and up; contains small parts that can be swallowed, not for children under 3 years. No miniatures included. No connection to game or base manufacturers. Nothing load-bearing.

Print trays, converters, smooth bases and flight stands in PLA (0.4 mm nozzle); PETG works too. The textured bases are meant for resin; FDM with a 0.2 mm nozzle is the alternative. With resin: wear gloves, follow the resin manufacturer's instructions and cure the parts fully. Also make sure the room is well ventilated.
Print orientation: Flat, as the files are laid out, no supports.

No. You get the print files and print the part yourself or use a print service. You get the download link right after payment.
Not yet. Our part has not been printed or tested yet. That is why you should print the free fit test set first and then a single part.
The pockets guide the bases sideways, so they move along when you slide the part across the table. They sit loose: if you lift the part at an angle they can fall out. Magnets are not intended.

No. We build by base size and name no games or makers. Which base size and which formation you need is in your rules.
