3D print files for card boxes, deck boxes, token trays, dice and figure boxes, card trays and divider cards in standard card sleeve sizes: ten formats, with the inside size following your sleeve rather than any particular game. A free sleeve fit ring shows up front whether sleeve and box match.
The box follows the sleeve, not the card: inside width and height are the outside size of the sleeve plus 2 mm, which is 1 mm of clearance per side. For Standard European (card 59 × 92 mm, sleeve about 62 × 94 mm) that gives 64 × 96 mm inside. Sleeve sizes are a market convention, not an ISO standard; we cover ten common formats.
The depth depends on the sleeve. By calculation, 100 cards take up about 31 mm unsleeved, 40 mm in thin sleeves (40 to 50 µm per wall), 51 mm in thick board game sleeves (90 to 120 µm), 62 mm double-sleeved and 73 mm double-sleeved with a thick inner sleeve. Our boxes add 10 % and 2 mm of finger room: for 100 cards that is 36, 46, 58, 70 and 82 mm of inside depth respectively.
These stack heights are calculated, not measured with calipers on real stacks. They can be off by roughly 4 to 6 mm because sleeve thickness and card stock vary between manufacturers. The free sleeve fit ring shows whether it works for you.

Ten formats are planned, each given as outside size of the sleeve / inside size of the box in mm (width × height): Standard American: 59 × 91 / 61 × 93; Standard European: 62 × 94 / 64 × 96; Mini American: 44 × 67 / 46 × 69; Mini European: 46 × 71 / 48 × 73; Standard / Poker (trading cards): 66 × 91 / 68 × 93; Tarot: 73 × 122 / 75 × 124; Square 70: 73 × 73 / 75 × 75; Big Square 80: 82 × 82 / 84 × 84; Japanese: 62 × 89 / 64 × 91; extra format 70 × 110: 72 × 112 / 74 × 114. Sleeves from other manufacturers differ by a few millimetres. The rule "largest common sleeve plus 2 mm" is meant to cover most of them; the fit ring shows whether it does for yours.
There is one model per product type and the formats are variants, so you only download your own. Planned are card boxes with a sliding lid, finger grip and a blank label area (depths for 100 unsleeved cards and for 50, 100 and 150 cards in thin standard sleeves), card boxes with a flip lid and snap tab, a deck box with a friction-fit lid for 100 double-sleeved trading cards with a token compartment, an organizer for four decks with finger recesses, stackable draw and discard trays, card holders for the hand or the table, and divider cards (1 mm, with tab). The range is released step by step; the list on this page shows which files are already available.
Sleeve sizes vary between manufacturers, and the stack height is calculated. That is why there is a free fit ring for every format: 20 mm deep, with exactly the inside size of the box. You put a sleeved card in and see whether width and height fit without jamming or rattling. A notch marks the height of 20 cards for standard and premium sleeves, so you can tell whether your sleeves are thicker or thinner than calculated.
Guide values: under 30 minutes of print time and 3 to 6 g of filament per format. Only print the box once the ring fits. If the sleeve jams, measure it again and choose the matching or the next larger format. For Standard / Poker there is also an inside size for sleeves with a third outer layer (71 × 96 mm instead of 68 × 93 mm).

Besides the card boxes there are containers for everything that otherwise lies loose in the box. Stackable token trays with lids are planned in three sizes. Tokens come in many sizes: measure one and leave about 1.5 mm of clearance to the diameter; the tray dimensions are given on the product page.
The dice box with a sliding lid comes for twelve dice of 16 mm edge length and for thirty small dice of 12 mm. The pockets have 1 mm of play (17 and 13 mm). 16 mm is common but not standardised; there are also 15 mm dice, for example, which sit slightly looser in the 16 mm version.
The figure box has four or six compartments, one per player colour, for game pieces of the usual size of 16 mm height and width at 10 mm thickness. There is no standard value here either: taller figures (around 23 mm) do not fit.

The packaging often shows the format name or the card size the sleeve is made for. The outside size of the sleeve is sometimes missing; some manufacturers only state the card size. Then measuring helps: lay the sleeve flat, measure width × height on the outside and compare: 59 × 91 mm Standard American (card 56 × 87), 62 × 94 mm Standard European (card 59 × 92), 66 × 91 mm Standard / Poker (card 63.5 × 88), 44 × 67 mm Mini American, 46 × 71 mm Mini European. The inside size of the box is always the outside size of the sleeve plus 2 mm. If your sleeve falls between two formats, take the larger one. The free sleeve fit ring shows whether it fits.
That depends on the depth, not the width. By calculation a stack of 100 cards needs about 31 mm unsleeved, 40 mm sleeved in thin sleeves, 51 mm in thick board game sleeves, 62 mm double-sleeved (inner sleeve plus outer sleeve) and 73 mm double-sleeved with a thick inner sleeve. With 10 % added and 2 mm of finger room, that gives 36, 46, 58, 70 and 82 mm of inside depth for 100 cards. For other card counts: depth = number of cards × mm per card × 1.10 + 2 mm, with 0.31 / 0.40 / 0.51 / 0.62 / 0.73 mm per card in the order above. The values are calculated (±4 to 6 mm), not measured; with thick sleeves and tightly packed stacks, take more depth if in doubt.
The card boxes have a sliding lid with a finger grip or a flip lid with a snap tab; the deck box closes by friction fit. No extra parts such as screws are planned for this. How tight the snap tab and the friction fit are depends on how accurately your printer holds dimensions. The parts have not been tried on different printers yet.
PLA is enough. The parts bear no load and do not get warm. They are not meant for contact with food. Do not leave them in a hot car or in the sun behind glass, where PLA softens.
The parts are designed to print without supports, with wall thicknesses from 1.6 mm, and laid out for a print volume of 220 × 220 × 220 mm. How clean they come out for you depends on your printer and your settings.
An insert for a specific game has to fit box, boards, tiles, tokens and figures to the millimetre. These inside dimensions are not public, neither from the publishers nor in the usual game databases, and they can change between print runs. For that we would need the game in hand to measure it; without measuring we would only be guessing. We therefore do not currently offer game-specific inserts. Card sleeves, on the other hand, come in a few common sizes, and that is what we build to: the parts fit your sleeves, whatever the game. For the same reason we name no game titles and have no affiliation with any publisher.
The sleeve dimensions come from manufacturer datasheets, in part only from retailer data; the inside size "sleeve plus 2 mm" is our own rule. The stack heights are calculated, not measured (±4 to 6 mm). The parts have not been tried with sleeves from different brands yet. The free sleeve fit ring is there to settle that beforehand on your side. The boxes are not accessories by the sleeve manufacturers and have no affiliation with them.
