Cancellation policy

Purchases via Link (Stripe)

For paid files, Sold through Link, LLC (a Stripe company, USA) is the seller and your contracting party (see licence terms § 2). Withdrawal and refunds follow Link's "Sold through Link" terms: as an EU consumer you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive access to the files by contacting Link support and stating "cooling-off period" as the reason.

You can also use our "Withdraw from contract" function at https://magmacode.io/en/withdraw/ or email support@magmacode.io; we confirm receipt immediately, arrange the refund via Stripe for timely withdrawals and forward your declaration to Link.

Contracts with us (free downloads)

The following applies to contracts you conclude directly with us, in particular free downloads.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alejandro Morillo Diaz, Am Markt 14, 23769 Fehmarn, phone: +49 176 74498203, email: support@magmacode.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://magmacode.io/en/withdraw/. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, with information on the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium that you receive without paying a price (free downloads), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance (§ 356 (6) no. 1 BGB), i.e. once we have emailed you the download link.

For custom designs you receive the cancellation policy with the quote.
