Our own flight bases, round 32, 40, 60 and oval 75 × 42, 120 × 92 mm, with a socket, both hole sizes in the set: for printed Ø 6 mm rods (five lengths included) and for 3 mm rods from the shop (not included).
For flyers and anything that should hover over the table: print the base, plug in the rod, glue the head adapter under the model. Both versions are in the set: for the rod from the printer and for a 3 mm brass or acrylic rod from the shop.
In the set: Both hole sizes: for printed rods five bases with Ø 6.2 mm hole, five rods and a head adapter; for rods from the shop five bases with Ø 3.2 mm hole and a head adapter. The stated print time, filament amount and weight refer to one 32 mm round base, one 60 mm rod and one head adapter only, the dimensions to the base only; not to the whole set.
Dimensions: Basis: nominal sizes of common plastic bases (retailer tables), foot sizes from a public measuring template. Bases to the nominal size; hole Ø 6.2 mm for our Ø 6 mm rods and Ø 3.2 mm for 3 mm or 1/8 inch rods. Real bases differ from the nominal size by up to about 1 mm depending on the maker (mostly smaller, ovals partly wider). The 3 mm rod as the most common value on the market and the hole sizes are our assumption, because hole sizes of flight bases are not published; the hole bar in the test set shows your hole size (estimate). Our part has not been printed or tested yet. Print the free fit test set first: it shows with your own bases and printer which clearance fits.
Material: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, ideally 0.12 mm layers, no supports; PETG works too. PLA deforms in a hot car, so do not leave the parts there.
Made by base size, not for a particular game; no miniatures included.
Not a toy. Accessory for tabletop hobbyists aged 14 and up; contains small parts that can be swallowed, not for children under 3 years. No miniatures included. No connection to game or base manufacturers. Nothing load-bearing.

Print trays, converters, smooth bases and flight stands in PLA (0.4 mm nozzle); PETG works too. The textured bases are meant for resin; FDM with a 0.2 mm nozzle is the alternative. With resin: wear gloves, follow the resin manufacturer's instructions and cure the parts fully. Also make sure the room is well ventilated.
Print orientation: Bases with the foot on the bed, rods lying, head adapter with the disc on the bed; no supports.
