Plain base set – round 25–160, square 20–50, rectangular 25×50 to 60×100 mm
Our own plain bases in the common nominal sizes, with a bevelled edge, every size as its own file. From 60 mm with a hollow underside that saves material.
Description
Bases to print yourself, when you are short of some or want to rebase miniatures. They have the nominal sizes our trays are built around.
- Round 25 / 28.5 / 32 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 130 / 160 mm.
- Square 20 / 25 / 30 / 40 / 50 mm; rectangular 25 × 50, 30 × 60, 40 × 60, 50 × 75, 50 × 100 and 60 × 100 mm.
- Shape: foot = nominal size, top 2.0 mm smaller (from 80 mm 3.0 mm), height 3.5 mm up to 50 mm, 4.0 mm up to 100 mm, above that 5.0 mm.
- Hollow underside above 50 mm (wall at least 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm deep): print these sizes with the top face on the bed, as the file is laid out, no supports.
In the set: Every shape and size (round, square, rectangular), every size as its own file. Print what you need and set the quantity in the slicer. The stated print time, filament amount, dimensions and weight refer to one 25 mm round base only, not to the whole set.
Dimensions: Basis: nominal sizes of common plastic bases (retailer tables), foot sizes from a public measuring template. The foot of our bases is exactly the nominal size, so they fit our trays (recess nominal + 0.4 mm). Real bases differ from the nominal size by up to about 1 mm depending on the maker (mostly smaller, ovals partly wider). Height and bevel are our own choice based on seller figures of 3 to 5 mm height, not measured on real bases; at 60 mm round the one measured value of 63.6 mm is an outlier (estimate). Our part has not been printed or tested yet. Print the free fit test set first: it shows with your own bases and printer which clearance fits.
Material: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, ideally 0.12 mm layers, no supports; PETG works too. PLA deforms in a hot car, so do not leave the parts there.
Made by base size, not for a particular game; no miniatures included.
Not a toy. Accessory for tabletop hobbyists aged 14 and up; contains small parts that can be swallowed, not for children under 3 years. No miniatures included. No connection to game or base manufacturers. Nothing load-bearing.

Material and temperature
Print trays, converters, smooth bases and flight stands in PLA (0.4 mm nozzle); PETG works too. The textured bases are meant for resin; FDM with a 0.2 mm nozzle is the alternative. With resin: wear gloves, follow the resin manufacturer's instructions and cure the parts fully. Also make sure the room is well ventilated.
Print orientation: Up to 50 mm with the foot on the bed; larger bases with the top face on the bed, as the files are laid out. No supports.

Do I receive a printed part?
No. You get the print files and print the part yourself or use a print service. You get the download link right after payment.
Have you printed and tested the part?
Not yet. Our part has not been printed or tested yet. That is why you should print the free fit test set first and then a single part.
Is this for a particular game?
No. We build by base size and name no games or makers. Which base size and which formation you need is in your rules.
