Fits Ford Mondeo Mk3 (2000–2007)
Ford Mondeo Mk3 (2000–2007): 52 mm gauge pod replacing the clock in the centre console – uses the OEM screws
Replaces the analogue clock in the Mondeo Mk3 centre console, fixes with the original screws and holds one 52 mm gauge.
Description
For the Ford Mondeo Mk3 (2000–2007), including the ST220, with the analogue clock between the hazard and heated rear window buttons: the pod replaces the clock and holds one 52 mm gauge flush – e.g. oil temperature on the ST220, boost on the TDCi.\n\n- An oval plug tube sits in the clock slot, the plate fixes with the clock's two original screws. Nothing is drilled.\n- The block is 60 mm wide: hazard and heated rear window buttons stay free, the screws can be reached beside the block.\n- The gauge sits flush, held by crush ribs; the cable runs through the plug tube behind the fascia.\n- Variants for 45, 50 and 55 mm gauge depth.\n- Prints without supports.\n\nThe clock slot is smaller than a 52 mm gauge, so the block protrudes by the gauge depth.
File the plug tube slightly if needed; screw holes Ø 5 mm. Check the +0.4 mm bore with the test ring.

Material and temperature
Shaded location: PETG is sufficient, ASA is the more robust choice. PLA is unsuitable in a car – it starts to soften at about 55–60 °C.
Print orientation: Plug tube down on the bed, gauge face up.
Safety notice
The hazard and heated rear window buttons must stay free to operate. Insulate and secure the clock connector; do not connect it to the gauge. Install at your own risk. Never mount in an airbag deployment zone, never cover controls, never restrict the view. Follow the material and temperature advice. Add-ons may affect the type approval of the vehicle (§ 19 StVZO in Germany); keep edges in the head and knee area rounded (UN Regulation No. 21).
Not an original part. No affiliation with the vehicle manufacturers named; make and model names only indicate fitment.
Only trims with the analogue clock in the centre console. Dimensions taken from a clock adapter (Printables 26770, CC BY-SA, fitting photo), our part not yet tested in a car. Insulate the clock connector; whether it has other functions is not sourced. Curtain airbags standard, no knee airbag – the centre console is not affected.

FAQ
Which material should I use for this gauge pod?
Recommended: PETG (alternatively ASA, ABS). Shaded location: PETG is sufficient, ASA is the more robust choice. PLA is unsuitable in a car – it starts to soften at about 55–60 °C.
Do 60 mm gauges fit?
Only if the body is 52 mm and just the bezel is larger. The bezel then rests on the front. This pod is not made for gauges with a 60 mm body. If unsure, print the included tolerance test ring.
Do I receive a printed part?
No. You get the print files and print the part yourself or use a print service. You get the download link right after payment.
