Dial counter for points, life or rounds: tens and ones ring on a clip axle, every digit clicks into place. Four parts printed flat, no screws, no supports.

Description

Turn the outer ring for the ones and the inner ring for the tens; read the value at the mark on the right, left to right. That counts from 0 to 99 without pen and paper.

  • Detent at every digit: spring arms in the base engage ten notches per ring; the rings do not move by themselves.
  • Clip axle: the cap snaps over the head of the axle and holds both rings; pull it off to take it apart.
  • Raised digits (0.6 mm), Ø 84 mm, 13 mm high. Tip: print the rings in a second colour or trace the digits with a paint pen after printing.

Dimensions: No foreign dimension; our part has not been printed yet. How firm the detent feels depends on the printer; if a ring turns too stiffly, ease the notches slightly with a file.

Material: PLA is enough, PETG works too. Do not leave it in the sun or a hot car: PLA softens from about 55 °C.
