Description

For anyone who struggles to hold a big hand of cards: the cards are clamped between two discs and you only hold the holder. Works with any card size, sleeved or not.

  • Two discs, one clip: disc B snaps under the head of disc A's axle with three spring arms; pull it off to take it apart.
  • Ø 100 or 120 mm, 1.8 mm discs, angled lead-in at the rim.

Dimensions: No foreign dimension; our part has not been printed and tested with cards yet. How firmly the cards are held depends on the printer and material.

Material: PLA is enough, PETG works too. Do not leave it in the sun or a hot car: PLA softens from about 55 °C.

  1. PLA (or PETG), 0.2 mm layers, 2 walls, 15 % infill, no supports.
  2. Both discs flat, as the files are laid out (disc B with its inner face down).

  1. Press disc B onto disc A's axle until the spring arms click in.
