Cable manager for one rack unit: five open hooks you drop patch cables into from above, plus four pass-throughs to the back. Ears for 10″ and 19″, no supports.
Description
Cable manager one rack unit high for 10″ and 19″ racks, e.g. between a patch panel and a switch.
- Five open hooks: drop the cables in from above, no threading. Each hook is 10 mm wide and stands 40 mm in front of the panel; the space inside is about 37 × 27 mm.
- Four pass-throughs between the hooks lead cables to the back.
- One centre part for 10″ and 19″: only the ears change, both pairs are in the download. 19″ ears with stiffening beam.
- Ears with slots: 10″ for 234.0–239.5 mm hole spacing (there is no standard for 10″ racks), 19″ for 465.1 ± 1 mm. Fits #10-32, M5 and M6.
- Prints without supports: the centre part prints standing on its bottom edge, every slope is 45°.
Load: 1 kg of cables at most (guide value, not a tested load rating); there is no rear support for this part. Our part has not been tested on a rack yet. Print the free rack fit test part first if you are unsure about your rack or printer.

Material and temperature
Mini PCs often run around the clock and get warm: PETG or ASA cope with that, PLA deforms over time. Do not block the device's vents.
Print orientation: Centre part standing on its bottom edge (hooks lie on the bed), as the file is laid out. Ears: upright, as the files are laid out.
Safety notice
1 kg of cables at most (guide value, not a tested load rating). For data and signal cables and low voltage only; do not fasten mains cables to it. Holders for devices, not an electrical component: do not install or modify anything carrying mains voltage in or on them. 2 kg per rack mount at most (guide value, not a tested load rating); from 1 kg, support the device at the back as well. Print in PETG or ASA because of the constant warmth and keep the device's ventilation free.
Not an original part. No affiliation with the vehicle or device manufacturers named; make and model names only indicate fitment.

FAQ
Which material should I use for this rack mount?
Recommended: PETG (alternatively ASA). Mini PCs often run around the clock and get warm: PETG or ASA cope with that, PLA deforms over time. Do not block the device's vents.
Do I receive a printed part?
No. You get the print files and print the part yourself or use a print service. You get the download link right after payment.
How many cables fit in one hook?
The space inside is about 37 × 27 mm, roughly 15–20 Cat 6 patch cables (about 6 mm across), laid loosely. We have not measured it yet.
Which material?
PETG or ASA, like the inserts: it gets warm in a rack and PLA creeps over time.
