Descripción

Las bobinas de cable aparecen en obras junto a la vía, en muelles de carga y sobre vagones plataforma. El set incluye las ocho bobinas de madera habituales, del tipo 071 (Ø 71 cm) al 181 (Ø 1,8 m), vacías y bobinadas.

  • Ocho tipos con medidas documentadas: brida, núcleo y ancho de la tabla de tipos.
  • Vacías y bobinadas: las bobinadas con capas de cable insinuadas.
  • Impresas de pie como en la realidad, con una pequeña zona plana en la brida.

Escalas: Una variante por escala: Z (1:220), N (1:160), TT (1:120) y H0 (1:87). En Z solo los tipos 121 a 181, porque las bridas de los tipos pequeños tendrían menos de 0,5 mm. Cada variante incluye las piezas sueltas y una placa conjunta con todas las piezas de la escala (a 3 mm de distancia).

Medidas: Medidas del prototipo de tabla de bobinas KTG de T.K. Kabel, divididas por la escala. Las bridas que a escala quedarían por debajo de 0,65 mm se han reforzado hacia dentro hasta 0,65 mm; el ancho total se mantiene a escala. El nivel de bobinado (80 %), las capas de cable y el orificio del eje (Ø 10 cm) son una estimación, no fiel al prototipo. Su precisión depende de tu impresora, y nuestra pieza aún no se ha probado en una maqueta. Imprime primero la galga de comprobación gratuita para ver de antemano si el gálibo y las distancias encajan con tu montaje.

Material: Se recomienda resina, las piezas son pequeñas a escala; el tiempo de impresión y la cantidad de resina indicados son una estimación para resina con capas de 0,05 mm en una impresora MSLA habitual. En H0 y TT también sirve FDM en PLA con boquilla de 0,2 mm y capas de 0,08 mm. Con resina: usa guantes, sigue las indicaciones del fabricante de la resina y cura las piezas por completo.

Material y temperatura

Basta con PLA para las galgas y las piezas de construcción (boquilla de 0,4 mm). Para los detalles pequeños usa resina o una boquilla de 0,2 mm. Con resina: usa guantes, sigue las indicaciones del fabricante de la resina y cura las piezas por completo.

Orientación de impresión: Resina: piezas inclinadas unos 30–45° sobre soportes ligeros. FDM: De pie sobre el borde de la brida.

Impresión

  1. Resina, capas de 0,05 mm: inclina las piezas sueltas unos 30–45° en el laminador de resina y añade soportes ligeros, en la base y la parte trasera en lugar de en las caras vistas.
  2. Después de imprimir, lava las piezas (con el limpiador que indique el fabricante de la resina), retira los soportes y poscúralas por completo con luz UV.
  3. FDM (H0, TT): PLA, boquilla de 0,2 mm, capas de 0,08 mm, sin soportes, tal como están los archivos.
